Direct Shipping: Orders shipped directly to customers have an estimated delivery timeframe of 8–10 days, depending on product availability and order details.

Preorders & Local Pickup: Orders shipped directly to our Houston location for pickup typically arrive within 3–6 days, depending on the products ordered and current inventory availability.

Please note that all shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to holidays, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

ORDER PROCESSING & TRACKING

Once your order has been confirmed and shipped, tracking information will be provided via the email address entered at checkout.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after your shipping label has been created.

If your order experiences an unexpected delay, we will provide updates and any applicable options in accordance with shipping regulations.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is available exclusively in Houston, Texas.

Customers selecting local pickup will receive confirmation once their order is ready for collection.

Please do not arrive for pickup without receiving confirmation. Pickup instructions and location details will be provided directly.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information to monitor delivery.

If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation.

Luxtress Label will assist with available shipping information when necessary. Lost, stolen, or missing package claims will be reviewed individually, and replacements are not automatically guaranteed.
